Aim
The SunbYte 5 team are building TerrabYte, the ground-based twin of our high-altitude balloon platform.
Summary
Testing and observations can be performed on the ground. TerrabYte will be ideal for this. It will allow us to test
- new instrumentation such as the SOLIS spectrograph,
- our ground operations, telemetry, and communication systems
- have a hands-on observatory that we can use for education and outreach
