- Profile
-
I joined the University of Sheffield in June 2023 to contribute to the National Institute for Health and Care Research's (NIHR) Evidence Synthesis Programme. I work as a part-time Research Associate in Evidence Synthesis and concurrently hold a part-time postdoctoral position at the University of Manchester.
With a background as a physiotherapist, my clinical experience in rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases in Turkey provided the cornerstone for my subsequent academic journey. Prior to my current roles, I worked as a research assistant in the Epidemiology and Public Health Department at the University of Nottingham. Subsequently, I undertook the role of a systematic reviewer at the Institute of Cancer and Genomic Sciences at the University of Birmingham.
