I am a State Registered Dietitian and have dedicated my entire career to research.

Currently, I am involved in WP5 of the Transforming Food Production funded project, Healthy Soil, Healthy Food, Healthy People. In this role, I have been exploring sustainable methods to increase fibre consumption in children and adults across the UK, with a particular focus on addressing food insecurity. I am also a funded investigator with the Co-Centre for Sustainable Food Systems.
