I am a psychologist specialising in food behaviours, healthy and sustainable diets, consumer psychology, and public policy. My current research examines the accessibility and acceptability of alternative proteins, focusing on strategies to support consumers through this transition. Additionally, I explore public knowledge, attitudes, and behaviours surrounding food safety, food security, and wider food practices.
