How does the Intercalation Fair work?

This year, we invite you to both our on-campus and online Intercalation Fair on Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd November.

You can choose to attend the in-person introductory talk, the online sessions or both by selecting the date on the booking form.

Intercalation is an opportunity to delve deeper into a specialism that interests you. As an investment in your future career, you'll enhance your research skills, critical scientific thinking and academic writing.

We welcome internal and external medical students to join us for our Intercalation Fair where you'll have the chance to learn what intercalating at Sheffield is really like. You'll have the opportunity to interact with project supervisors and hear all about intercalating and studying either BSc Medical Sciences Research or BSc Medical Sciences (Surgery). You can also engage with staff and current students who will explain the intercalated masters degrees on offer.

If you're interested in a particular project that isn't taking part in the fair, you can find additional information and speak to supervisors via email. For more information, please see here.
