I joined the University of Sheffield in September 2023 as a Lecturer in Law. Prior to this, I was a post-doctoral researcher at the Centre for Law, Sustainability and Justice at the University of Southern Denmark (SDU); and a Lecturer at the School of Law of the University of Essex. My PhD thesis discussed the liability of corporate directors for international crimes. My current research project explores the public-private discourse in norms creation in relation to the concept of business human rights due diligence. My research interests lie in the areas of international criminal law, business and human rights, sustainable development, supply chain due diligence, meaningful business/stakeholder engagement with rights-holders. I hold a PhD from the University of Sheffield, an LLM from Democritus University and an LLB from Aristotle University in Greece.
