Zuliana is responsible for:

• Feedback & Strategy: Facilitates student feedback loops (Student-Staff Committees, TellUs, NSS) to drive responsive improvements.
• Communications: Produces student-facing materials and digital content to enhance engagement.
• Compliance & Admin: Manages attendance and registration records in line with University and immigration policies.
• Student Support: Provides administrative support for inclusion and welfare processes.
• Community & Events: Coordinates events to build a sense of community and supports daily operations like reception duties.
• Collaborative Delivery: Works across the Education and Student Experience Team and University policy networks to ensure seamless service.
