Fees and payment

Off

Programme fee: £2,750

This fee covers the full two-week programme and includes:

  • Tuition and academic materials
  • Accommodation
  • Optional airport pick-up from Manchester Airport
  • A package of social and cultural events

Please note that the fee does not include visa costs, flights, catering, or travel insurance.

Early bird discount: A discount of £150 will be applied for applications received by 13 April 2026.

Partner discount: A discount of £150 is available to students currently studying at one of the University of Sheffield’s partner universities, and to organised group bookings of 5 students or more. For more information, please contact us at  

The early bird and partner discounts can be combined; a student from a partner university applying before 13 April 2026 will receive a discount of £300.

Payment details

  • A £400 deposit is required within four weeks of receiving your offer to secure your place.
  • The remaining balance must be paid by 31 May 2026.
  • All payments should be made by card via the University’s online store.

Cooling-off period

You have a 14-day cooling-off period after making either the deposit or balance payment, during which you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Cancellations

The University of Sheffield reserves the right to cancel the programme. In this case, any deposits and fees paid will be refunded in full. If numbers are low, we will notify applicants of any cancellations by 2 June 2026. Please note that the University cannot reimburse travel or other costs if bookings are made before this date.
