Description
Join Dr Daniela Cacciabue and Professor Marcelo Rivolta, from the School of Biosciences for a private viewing of a brand new exhibition about the study of human anatomy.
See centuries-old anatomy textbooks from the University’s Rare Books Collection, which show the pioneering science of early anatomists and the technical brilliance of their illustrators and printers.
Drinks and nibbles will be available. Places are free but are limited, so please let us know if you'd like to attend by completing the booking form below.
You’ll also get the opportunity to talk with some of our current medical students about what it's like to be a student at Sheffield today.
The teaching of anatomy has evolved considerably through the ages and this exhibition examines how the subject has been studied at Sheffield.
