Olivia Allen

In January 2026, Olivia joined the Pharmacy Practice team at the University of Sheffield as a Clinical Educator

In addition to her academic post, Olivia maintains her clinical practice as a Specialist Clinical Pharmacist at Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Her clinical remit encompasses multiple specialties, including Nephrology, Haematology, and Medicines Information. Furthermore, she is responsible for the design and delivery of induction programmes for newly qualified pharmacists. 

Olivia completed her Independent Prescribing qualification in 2025, specialising in Respiratory Medicine. Her experience includes delivering clinical education to a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including pharmacists, medical students and Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs).
