Profile

Dr. Roselina Arelhi received her BEng degree from the University of Glasgow and her MSc and PhD degrees from the University of Strathclyde. She began her academic career as a Research Fellow at the University of Paisley (now the University of the West of Scotland) in Glasgow. She joined the University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus in 2001, where she served as an Assistant Professor before being promoted to Associate Professor in 2013. Dr. Arelhi subsequently joined the University of Sheffield as a University Teacher in 2019.

She has taught a diverse range of modules, including Interdisciplinary Engineering Design, Digital and Embedded Systems, Signals and Systems, Systems Engineering Mathematics, Control Engineering, and Robotic Systems.

Her current research interests lie in engineering education and the application of advanced control and signal processing methods to wearable sensors for digital healthcare.
