Open day accommodation visits

Earlybird accommodation tours (8am - 9.30am) 

Pressed for time? Head directly to Endcliffe where there is free on-site parking ( S10 3AF). One-way shuttle buses with the option to leave the bus at the Wave will run back to main campus 8:45am - 9:45am, then roughly every 8 minutes throughout the day.

Standard accommodation tours (9.30am - 4pm)

Duration: Allow 1 hour  from departing main campus to arriving back (allow 90 minutes if walking in one direction to/ from Endcliffe or Ranmoor).

All accommodation tours depart from a ‘Accommodation tours departure point’ outside the Information Commons library

Endcliffe/ Ranmoor accommodation tours 

• Endcliffe: depart from the Edge, Endcliffe. En-suite, shared bathroom, self-catered and catered accommodation available to view, alongside facilities and grounds including the Edge Bar, study spaces and piano room. Self-guided tours are also available.
• Ranmoor: depart from the Ridge, Ranmoor (make your own way there directly from campus, or from Endcliffe via shuttle bus or walking tours). En-suite accommodation available to view, alongside our fitness suite, piano room and common room

Getting  there and back

Free shuttle bus from campus

• Departs from the accommodation tours departure point beside the Information Commons, or from outside the Wave on Whitham Road, roughly every 8 minutes throughout the day.
• First bus: 9.30am | Last bus: 4pm (returns to campus at 5pm)

Free parking at Endcliffe (Stanage car park S10 3AF) 

Walk 

Use our online walking maps or join one of our Campus ↔ Endcliffe walking tours through the popular student neighbourhood of Broomhill.

City accommodation tours

• St Vincent’s: Depart every 15 minutes from the accommodation tours departure point beside the Information Commons. En-suite, self-catered accommodation available to view, alongside facilities.
• Please note: this tour involves approximately 30 minutes of walking in total to and from the accommodation from main campus 
• Tour groups will be shuttled to our city accommodation site by student ambassadors
• Visitors will be able to scan a QR code to direct them back to campus/ their next location
