Emily Mawson

Hi! I’m Emily and I’m so excited to be part of the CER team as a Student Recruitment Intern. My Sheffield journey began in 2021, when I started my undergraduate degree in English Language and Literature. This experience was so enriching that I decided to study my Master’s here too, finishing my studies in 2025!

My four years at the University of Sheffield nurtured my creativity, developed my critical thinking and surrounded me with some truly amazing people. I got stuck in with societies such as Forge Radio, Forge Press and Sheffield University Performing Arts Society and made memories I will cherish forever. I can’t wait to share my enthusiasm with prospective students around the country this year and represent the University to the best of my ability!
