The Student Fees and Funding team manages all financial transactions between students and the University, acting as the central hub for payments, funding and guidance.
Our team is dedicated to ensuring student financial accounts are managed accurately while providing the support needed for students to meet payment obligations and navigate costs of university life.
Due to data protection legislation, we are unable to discuss details about a student's circumstances with third parties (such as parents, guardians or partners) unless written authorisation is provided.
Our core responsibilities
1. Fee collection and account management
We handle the administration of student financial accounts. This includes the collection of:
- Tuition fees
- University accommodation fees
2. Funding and disbursements
We manage the release of funds to eligible students. We are responsible for issuing payments for:
- Bursaries
- Scholarships
- Financial support grants and emergency support
3. Money guidance
