Health and medicine

With five teaching hospitals and several private hospitals and practices, there are many openings for those working within the medial profession to be able to transfer and continue their careers.  Most hobs are advertised on the NHS job website.

Civil service 

As well as Sheffield City Council, which employs over 7,000 staff, Sheffield is also home to branches of the Department of Education, Department for Work and Pensions and the Home Office.
