In this role, you'll collaborate with the Head of Product and other members of the Product and Delivery communities, as well as wider university stakeholders, to own, develop, and deliver impactful Product Roadmaps. You'll define user journeys and develop appropriate roadmaps to meet stakeholder needs.

Business Support Team Lead
Do you have experience of managing a team of administrative staff who provide a business operations and administrative service? We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Team Lead to join our department.
Working in the Service & Operations section within the IT Services department you will co-ordinate and deliver operational aspects of the department's administrative function.
Working under the guidance of the Business Operations Manager, you will coordinate and supervise a team of administrators to support day-to-day business operations in IT Services. You are responsible for coordinating business processes, reports, finance administration, procurement support, HR coordination, recruitment activities, and executive support functions. You will manage the operational delivery of services and support the implementation of procedures and policies, providing advice and guidance to colleagues and customers in consultation with senior management.

Switchboard Operator
As the Switchboard Operator, you will be responsible for handling a high number of incoming calls, screening effectively and ensuring that callers are diverted to the right person or department. You will have previous experience of working in an administrative environment, have excellent IT skills and the ability to multitask. Working as part of the Business Support team, you will also assist with the administrative, secretarial and financial support to the department, including the department’s Reception facilities, and some University-wide services. You will work closely with Switchboard Operator colleagues, and the Telephony team, to ensure the smooth running of the Switchboard service.

Creative Media Service Team Lead
As the Creative Media Service Team Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing and leading the Creative Media Service. This role involves not only providing frontline assistance to students and staff but also strategically developing the service for wider university benefit. You will manage a small team, ensuring efficient daily operations, including the loan of portable equipment and the use of specialised media spaces like the TV, Vlog and podcast studios, edit suites and media booths.
A core part of your responsibility is to develop relationships across the university to highlight the importance of media as an alternative assessment and to drive forward the strategic aims of the service. You will be responsible for the planning of media production workshops and online learning content, ensuring they align with academic objectives and are accessible to a wider audience. Your leadership will be crucial in expanding the service, creating sustainable support models and fostering a collaborative network among staff and students to continuously shape and improve the service.
Beyond these duties, you will be accountable for managing the service's budget, maintaining the asset register and reporting on performance metrics to management. You will also take the lead on producing live-streamed events, from high-profile lectures to graduation ceremonies, ensuring they reach a broad audience.
