The University of Sheffield is the whole package!
What made you choose to study at Sheffield and your course? How did you research the University to find out about studying in Sheffield?
I graduated from the University of Sheffield with a BSc in Psychology in 2019. I decided to continue doing a Masters in the same department solely because of the specific course in Cognitive and Computational Neuroscience that they offered. During my undergraduate degree, I had the opportunity to be exposed to newly emerging multidisciplinary fields in Psychology. This is where my motivation to pursue a further degree in the area of cognitive and computational neuroscience developed.
After researching about the MSc programme and receiving guidance from the director of the course, I was confident in my intentions to apply for the programme. Having started the course from September, I am so glad to say that I made the right decision of staying in Sheffield to pursue this Masters, as this course is exactly what I had expected and I am loving the challenging interdisciplinary environment of this degree.
