Profile

My research is in ancient Greek philosophy (especially Plato) and my interests in this field are extremely broad encompassing topics in ethics, aesthetics, epistemology and metaphysics.

Topics which I’m interested in include: ‘Becoming like God’; happiness; beauty; desire; music; harmony; knowledge; perception; true belief; falsehood; being and appearance.

I’m also interested in the history of Western philosophy, particularly in Neoplatonism (especially Plotinus) and Early Modern Philosophy.
