Low Battery Anxiety is a critical frustration in UK hospitality and event spaces. When phones die, people lose their digital lifeline—preventing them from paying for drinks, booking Ubers, or staying safe. 

Zap Dock is a "Scan, Grab, Go" network of automated kiosks dispensing portable power banks with built-in cables. We provide total mobility: users rent a compact battery in seconds, charge while remaining active in the venue, and return it to any kiosk in our network. 

The Emerge team, and they have been instrumental in helping me expand ZapDock into the Sheffield market. Through their support, I’ve significantly grown my professional network and gained direct access to key local stakeholders and potential clients. Zap Dock is officially live in Sheffield, and the data from our launch at Tiger Works on West Street has exceeded all expectations. Building on this momentum, we are currently in the process of finalising partnerships in other key local venues and expanding into Cambridge.
