Biomedical Engineering at Sheffield has made a significant mark in the National Student Survey 2023. The survey canvasses students across the UK to gather feedback on their opinions of teaching and learning, assessment, how well their voices are heard in an institution and what access to quality resources there are, such as labs and equipment.
This year, Biomedical Engineering at Sheffield has made excellent gains in quality of teaching and academic support. We received a score of 90.8% for the overall quality of the teaching on the course, the highest score among Russell Group institutions, and 92.0% for the support given by our academics. We also ranked second for student voice among Russell Group institutions by achieving a score of 80.2%.
