It’s important that we record the details of the clinical supervisor who will be supporting you throughout your studies. This means we can invite them to relevant Clinical Supervisor sessions, which are run by our programme leads.

Please make sure that you complete and submit a copy of our Clinical Supervisor Form by Wednesday 18 September 2024. Your completed form can be emailed to ahpnm-acpcourse@sheffield.ac.uk

Submit your e-portfolio

As part of your studies, you’ll have access to an e-portfolio where you’ll record your work. This can then be accessed by University staff, clinical supervisors and assessors.

There are a number of e-portfolio platforms, depending on which pathway you are taking. Please make sure to complete our e-portfolio form by Wednesday 18 September 2024, which will tell us which platform to set up for you.
