Xinyu works on urban spatial and green space at Nanjing Forestry University. She was a Visiting Fellow in the UI in 2020.
Her research mainly focuses on the spatial structure and distribution of urban public service facilities, especially on the application of quantitative spatial analysis methods in revealing urban spatial structure.
