Description

The Urban Institute together with the EPEW collective of Mapuche artists invites you to participate in a workshop on around storytelling, collage making, and alternative urban imaginations.

Moving from a selection of photographs from Roberto Monte-Mór work on extended urbanisation, the artists Katy Quintulem and Junia Mortimer will facilitate a session to re-create urban-nature images to collectively imagine alternative urban futures. We will use collage and cyanotype printing techniques/creative methods, connecting with our stories and knowledges.

We will begin the session with a sharing of dreams around urban futures. You are welcome to bring an image or an object that relates to your 'urban dream'.

Coffee, tea and snacks will be provided during the session.

Maximum number of participants: 20 people.
