The JustGESI initiative - Mainstreaming Gender Equality and Social Inclusion for a Just Energy Transition in Ethiopia, Malawi, Mozambique and Tanzania, funded by the UKRI Ayrton Challenge Programme and led by Professor Vanesa Castán Broto, brings together an interdisciplinary, international team of researchers and practitioners committed to advancing Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) and tackling structural drivers of inequalities in energy systems.
