Science staff scoop honours in this year’s Education Awards

The Faculty of Science has been recognised at this year’s Education Awards 2023 - which celebrates excellent practice in learning and teaching at the University.

Staff and students were named winners in seven of the sixteen categories, and received a number of highly commended awards.

Professor Louise Robson, the Faculty’s Director of Education, said: “I am absolutely delighted not only to see so many colleagues receiving winners’ and highly commended awards, but also to have so many high quality nominations from across the Faculty.

"This highlights the excellent work in education that is taking place across Science and is testament to the dedication of our staff.

“It is also great to see how committed our students are to supporting students and also our departments.

“Congratulations to winners, those who were highly commended, and all our nominees."
