Fancy a 24-hour cultural and historical trip to the vibrant city of Liverpool?
This is a special opportunity, with costs including travel, accommodation and most food being largely covered by funding. We just ask you to pay £25 at the point of signing up to confirm your place.
Travelling there and back by train, we’ll go to a choice of attractions including museums and art galleries. These will provide opportunities to discover Liverpool’s history as a major shipping port and the importance of music such as the world-famous band The Beatles.
We’ll also learn about Liverpool’s Christian heritage, a key part of its history, including visiting its two contrasting cathedrals.
The trip is being run by staff from the university’s Belief, No Belief and Religious (BNBR) Life Centre. University of Sheffield students of any belief, no belief or religious identity are welcome on the trip.
