One of our second-year researchers, Marius Monoranu, has been using the new IDC GoPro to record the process of manufacturing a CFRP (Carbon Fibre Reinforced Polymer) panel using an RTM (Resin Transfer Mould) technique.
Having the GoPro means that we can film the machining and manufacturing processes, so we're looking forward to sharing lots more videos of our work here!
