Profile

I started working as an academic librarian in 2011 at the University of Sheffield Library. I have continued to study whilst pursuing my library career, and joined the Information School as a postgraduate student (part-time) in 2014 and I completed my MSc in Information Management in 2017.

Prior to joining the HE sector, I had worked at Vodafone (2001 - 2011) whilst pursuing my MBA in Finance (part-time). At Vodafone, I have worked in various management positions focussing on Customer Services, Retail Operations, Sales and Marketing. I completed my undergraduate and postgraduate degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi, India. I have also worked in IT Services at the University of Sheffield as a Customer Engagement Coordinator.
