- Auto opening doors to waiting area
- Reception desk has wheelchair access
- Disabled WC
- Portable induction loop system to aid the deaf and hearing impaired
- Disabled car parking
- Lift
- Translation services available
- Accessible toilet facilities
- Easy-to-read signs
