Campus activities during graduation week
Your graduation day isn’t just about the ceremony, it’s a chance to celebrate everything you’ve achieved with the people who supported you along the way.
Campus activities
After collecting your robes and having your official photographs taken on Level 4 of the Students' Union, head downstairs to the concourse to celebrate! Make sure to arrive early so you don't miss out on:
- Hot and cold food stalls
- Live musical entertainment
- Fun photo backdrops for family shots and selfies
- Last-minute essentials at 'Our Shop'
- A dedicated Kids’ Zone (next to the SU auditorium) to keep the children entertained during the livestream
Food and drink on campus
All of the usual outlets will be open on campus, including Bar One, Inox, Coffee Revolution and the withUS cafes. There will also be food vendors on the concourse - TBC

From cafes and kitchens to our student bar and a traditional pub, find out everything you need to know about the University's food and drink outlets.

Souvenirs and gifts
Merchandise and gifts will be available on the concourse, including:
- Flowers
- University and heritage gifts
- 'Made in Sheffield' items
University gifts and souvenirs are an excellent way to remember your time at the University of Sheffield. A full range of gifts and souvenirs, including 'Made in Sheffield' items, will be available for purchase from the Print Service stand on the concourse on graduation days.
The Sheffield Store has a range of gifts and branded souvenirs.
University Heritage Gifts
Take a piece of Sheffield home with you. You can find our full collection on the concourse throughout graduation week. Missed us on the day? Don't worry. You can shop the entire range online 7 days a week through myPrint, making it easy to grab the perfect memento whenever you're ready.
Alumni mug and free graduation clip
Every graduate is offered a free ‘Class of 2026’ mug courtesy of the Alumni Network. This iconic memento can be collected from the Alumni Network Stand, located TBC
You can also access a free personalised graduation clip. This captures your walk across the stage during the ceremony and can be downloaded and shared with friends and family. You can register at any time for the clip; you just need to provide the date and time of your ceremony.
