Northern Gritstone is an independent investment company, supporting the leading businesses of tomorrow which emerge from the world-class science and innovation hub that is the North of England today.

The executive team will be delivering an exclusive half-day workshop, open to the Emerge and University of Sheffield student community. 

With strong ties to the University of Sheffield having delivered venture capital funding to a number of our spinout businesses, the agenda will include:

•             10.30 – 11.00: Introduction to NG and what we invest in with Duncan Johnson, CEO
•             11.00 – 12.00: Case Study on how we assess companies led by Khadija Ashfaq, Investment Director
•             12.00 – 12.30: “What’s my job / My background & journey session” with Tom Kaye, Investment Manager
•             12.30 – 13.00: Q&A and wrap up with Duncan Johnson, CEO
