Current Maintenance Issues

17/03/2025	Florey Building	The lift in the Flory Building is out of service. A contractor will attend site on Wednesday 19th March to assess the issues and possibly fix the lift. Update 20/03/2025 Lift 1 in the Florey building will be out of action for the next 2 - 3 weeks as it it waiting for a part to complete the fix. We apologise for any inconvenience this will cause for the building users.

19/03/2025	20/03/2025	All buildings on central campus	District Heating outage Veolia have informed EFM u they need to undertake emergency corrective maintenance work on the underground pipeline which will affect heating supply all buildings on central campus. Works will commence on Wednesday 19th March at 19.00 hours, resulting in a disruption of heating supply for up to 12 hours. Works are expected to be completed by 07.00hours Thursday 20th March. Please note this is disruption to heating supply only. Normal power will be maintained throughout this period.
