In January 2026, we will be installing a brand new till system across our range of Cafes & Bars around campus. This is scheduled to take place in the week commencing 5th January, so please bear with us as we get everything up and running as smoothly as possible. As part of this, we will be launching an all new GeniUS Loyalty app and shutting down the current app. We will do this at the same time we switch over all of the till systems to minimise disruption.
During the shutdown you won’t be able to:
- use your current GeniUS account to redeem points
- use your GeniUS account to spend any points, vouchers or credit
We need your consent to transfer your current GeniUS account information over to the new system. Use the button below to complete a short Google form to give your consent.
The change in our new till system will also affect all hospitality cards which are topped up with credit (this does not affect credit/debit cards). If you have a hospitality card you will be contacted separately about what you need to do.
If you’ve completed the consent form, all your points, credit and any birthday vouchers will be automatically transferred over to the new system.
We’ll be in touch in the new year with details about downloading the new app and how to create your new account on the new system. Until then you can keep using your current one until the date above.
For now, please ensure that your GeniUS account is registered with a valid email address, this will make things go smoothly when it comes to switching systems.
The deadline for completing the Google form is Thursday 18th December.
