- Profile
-
I joined the University of Sheffield in 2010 and am now a Lecturer in Clinical Linguistics. I hold an undergraduate degree in linguistics from the University of York and a Ph.D. in Clinical Linguistics from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
My research focuses on the role of linguistics and phonetics in speech and language therapy and I am particularly interested in the analysis of natural conversation. I teach in a wide range of areas including phonetics, phonology, linguistics and research methods. I am currently Admissions Lead for the Department of Human Communication Sciences.
