Nicola Donohoe

Nicola initially joined the University in 1997, before moving to work at the University of Surrey in 1999 and returning to The University of Sheffield in 2001.

She has a wealth of departmental and faculty experience (Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities, Health and Engineering). She has previously been Faculty Director of Operations in the faculties of Engineering and Health and took up the role in the Faculty of Social Sciences in 2023.

As Director of Operations, Nicola works closely with the Faculty Vice-President and the other Faculty Directors to shape the strategic direction of the Faculty.  Nicola is responsible for the leadership, management, development, and delivery of professional services across the faculty.
