Updating your details on myJobshop
It is important that your key information on your myJobshop account is kept up to date. Please take the following steps to update your details:
- To update your contact details

You will need to contact the appropriate myJobshop team (see below) to update your contact details.
Please email the team as soon as possible, providing your new contact details (using your University email address if you are a student).
For students - studentjobshop@sheffield.ac.uk
For non-students (including existing staff) - casualworkers@sheffield.ac.uk

You will need to contact the myJobshop HR team to update your address.
Please email casualworkers@sheffield.ac.uk as soon as possible, providing your new address.
- To update your bank details

You will need to contact the University’s Casual Payroll Team to update your bank details.
Please email the team (casualpayroll@sheffield.ac.uk) as soon as possible, providing the following details:
For a UK bank account:
- Bank Name
- Bank Address
- Name Account Holder(s)
- Account Number
- Sort Code
For a overseas bank account:
- Name of Bank
- Bank Address
- Account number
- Swift (or BIC) No
- IBAN (if available - compulsory for all EU bank accounts)
- Routing number (if available)
- To provide your National Insurance (NI) number

If you didn't have your National Insurance (NI) number when you registered on myJobshop, you will need to contact the myJobshop HR team to update your record with this information.
