Disability Dialogues Lounge
The Disability Dialogues Lounge is an online collaborative space for everyone within the CDS community to come together, guided by a key prompt for the month.

The Disability Dialogues Lounge is an online collaborative space for everyone within the CDS community to come together, guided by a key prompt for the month. The lead for the session will start off the session with key access considerations, a welcome to everybody and their initial thoughts on the theme or prompt. Following this, all members are then invited to write, create or speak their thoughts and response to the prompt and theme. Contributions may include references to academic literature, but personal experiences, ponderings and whatever comes to mind are all welcome. Together, we will bring these together as part of our ongoing commitment to ‘Disability Dialogues’ within CDS, iHuman and the School of Education. This may be that we decide to co-write a blog together, a poem, a manifesto, a creative artefact or whatever sparks our imagination!

iHuman
How we understand being ‘human’ differs between disciplines and has changed radically over time. We are living in an age marked by rapid growth in knowledge about the human body and brain, and new technologies with the potential to change them.
