Description
We are delighted to welcome Dr Hilary Buxton to our History Research Seminar series. She will be joining us on Tuesday, 13 May, from 4:15 to 5:30 PM in the Pam Liversidge Building, Design Studio 01.
Dr Buxton is Assistant Professor of History at Kenyon College, Ohio. She is a historian of modern imperial Britain, with emphases on the history of medicine, race, gender and disability in the 19th and 20th centuries. Buxton’s research focuses on histories of colonial intimacy and the production of knowledge.
