The EPSRC-funded UK Robotics and Autonomous Systems (RAS) Network launched a series of Strategic Task Groups in 2019 to facilitate different activities to shape the future research and policy agendas around robotics and automation. As part of the Sheffield team, UI members undertook comparative research examining the policies, regulations and experiences of RAS experiments in the USA, Japan and the UK.
