Why are we always distracted? Lessons from cognitive psychology about attention in everyday life

Why do you find yourself destracted from tasks you set yourself or are meant to complete. Join Dr Alon Zivony in this online Taster session to learn about the cognitive psychology of attention in every day life and the underlying causes of distraction. You will be able to ask questions from experts in their field or about psychology at Sheffield in general.
