  2. SU Officers 2022/23

    • (L Hand, I James, S Timson, G Cleary and A Fedotova in attendance for this item)

    • UEB received and noted a report from the President of the Students’ Union on the work of the SU Officer Team. The report was structured around the Students’ Union’s strategic aims: tackling the cost of living crisis; building a healthy working relationship with the university; student voice and representation; postgraduate support, inclusion and belonging; accessibility and participation for our students across the SU, University and the wider community.

  3. Round Table

    • ​​​​​​​Cost of living: UEB agreed to consider at a future meeting how to best communicate action already taken in relation to the cost of living.

    • Occupation: KL provided UEB with an update.

    • Council: KL updated UEB on the Council meeting of 24 October.

    • Industrial Action: IW provided an update on the latest position.

    • Open days: It was noted that it would be positive to have a member of UEB at each open day.
