Sofiane Aguiar

Hi, I'm Sof and I'm a Student Recruitment Intern. I graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2023 with a degree in Mathematics, and I haven't left the city since! Originally from East London, I had not visited Sheffield prior to applying but I very quickly warmed to the city that I now call my home.

I had a great student experience here and the social opportunities are what really made my time so special. I was able to find so many like-minded people through societies, clubs, my course and even my accommodation. The green spaces - the Peak District in particular - are just an added bonus. I'm looking forward to sharing my love of Sheffield to prospective students!

In my spare time, I DJ at clubs and venues all across Sheffield!
