Dr Salah Talamali has joined the Natural Robotics Lab as a Postdoctoral Research Associate, where he will be working on the OpenSwarm project (https://openswarm.eu/) to research energy-aware swarm programming.
Prior to this, he was a lecturer in automation, control, and robotics at Sheffield Hallam University. He has also worked as a Research Fellow at University College London (UCL), focusing on developing multi-agent systems for innovative human-computer interfaces. Salah holds a PhD in computer science from the University of Sheffield, where he researched individual controllers to enable swarms of simple robots to achieve desired collective behaviours.
