I joined the Information School in May 2022 as Operations Manager after working for a number of years at Sheffield Hallam University in a variety of roles, latterly as Executive Assistant to the Dean of College - Business, Technology & Engineering. I also worked in various private sector companies before joining Hallam.

The Operations Manager is a new role for the School and I work closely with the Department Manager, managing a small team who provide strategic operational support across a number of key functions including, but not limited to:

  • Human Resources

  • IT

  • Finance

  • Estates

  • Resource Allocation

  • Health and Safety 

  • Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
