Victor is currently the Technical Lead at the AMRC for servitization, supply chains and sustainability within the Integrated Manufacturing Group (IMG). 

Victor has published in a number of high impact ABS 3 and 4 publications including International Journal of Operations & Production Management (IJOPM), International Journal of Production Research (IJPR), Supply Chain Management an International Journal, Production Planning & Control (PPC) and Industrial Marketing Management (IMM), Journal of Cleaner Production.
