Due to the updated financial regulations at the University, all staff are now asked to utilise our WithUS delivered catering services for any catering requirements. The new guidelines streamline the process and ensure that funds are kept within the University, allowing us to reinvest them into the services that we offer.

If you’d like to find out more about what we can do for you, please feel free to attend one of our drop-in sessions, where our team will be available to discuss our range of menus, the types of events we cater for, and different options for you. We will be providing free tea, coffee and biscuits on the day. Details are as follows:
- Thursday 13th Feb, 1.30-3pm: Drop in session at Krebs, Firth Court for Delivered Catering and events.
- Wednesday 26th Feb, 11am - 1pm: Drop in session at John Carr Library Meeting Room, Mappin building for Delivered Catering and events .
- Wednesday 5th March, 10am-2pm: Conference open day/drop in session at Inox, Students Union Building.
- Tuesday 11th March, 9am-5pm: ONLINE slots for Conferences, Events and Delivered Catering (book your dedicated slot with the team).
- Monday 28th April, 10am-2pm: Conference open day/drop in session Halifax Hall and The Edge, Endcliffe.
