Background:
Lucy has spent four years at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth studying for a BA in Human Geography (2004) and a MA in Space, Place and Politics (2005). Between her second and third year of her undergraduate degree she took a year in employment to teach environmental education, in California´s Sierra Nevada National Park.
Current Role:
She is currently studying for her PhD. Her current research is examining the transformation of public knowledge, such as table manners, celebrity chefs and government campaigns on healthy eating, to the family meal table.
