The centre has strong national, international and regional connections, enabling research visits (incoming and outgoing) and knowledge exchange. A collaborative approach to research is central to the centre, enabling interdisciplinarity, co-design, applied, and multi-site research. Projects are conducted in collaboration with partner organisations and with colleagues from academic institutes in the UK and abroad. The examples below give a sample of relevant connections.
