CiCS is managed by the CiCS Executive Team. Each member of the Executive Team is responsible for a specific area, but in addition they also have 'cross-cutting' responsibilities for the whole department.
The Executive Team is responsible for expressing the vision and overall mission of the department and sets the values and ‘tone’ of the department. Operationally, CiCS services are divided into seven service areas each managed by a service manager.
Strategically, each service manager organises a service advisory group, which is independently chaired and brings together representatives from across the University to shape and influence the development of CiCS services.
