Whether you fancy yourself as the next Maggie Alphonsi or haven't got a clue what rucking is, why not try ladies' rugby? You'll meet new people, keep fit and have a lot of fun!

You'll be taught the basics by a group of friendly girls, so no previous experience is necessary (and don't worry it wont hurt). Please wear gym clothes, trainers or rugby boots, and bring a bottle of water.
